Driving Matters

We can help you through the process from initial advice to representation at court in matter such as driving while disqualified, driving without a licence or insurance, and “totting up”. 

 

If you qualify for legal aid we will advise you of this and help you to apply.  However, you are unlikely to qualify for legal aid in driving cases which can only be heard in the Magistrates Court.
